1.0 Data Erasure Rights

1.1 Policy Purpose: In accordance with mobile application store distribution standards (Google Play and Apple App Store) and applicable data privacy principles, this page provides instructions on how users may request deletion of their personal accounts, staff access credentials, or entire pharmacy tenant databases.

1.2 Scope: This process covers cashier logins, dispensing pharmacist profiles, store manager credentials, and organizational tenant accounts operated by PAHINV.

2.0 Staff & Cashier Account Deletion

2.1 Administrator Self-Service: If your account was provisioned by a pharmacy employer, your store manager or administrator can deactivate and purge your user profile directly within the system interface by navigating to Settings → User Management → Staff Member → Deactivate Account.

2.2 Direct Erasure Request: If your employer is unreachable or the pharmacy has ceased operations, you may request direct profile deletion by contacting info@pospharmacy.com with your username, phone number, and employer pharmacy name.

2.3 Statutory Audit Records: Anonymized timestamps and numerical sale values on completed transactions previously rung under that cashier ID will remain preserved in historical audit ledgers to comply with commercial accounting laws and taxation requirements.

3.0 Dispensary Tenant & Full Database Deletion

3.1 Complete Decommissioning: Pharmacy business owners may request permanent closure and full deletion of their cloud deployment, database instances, and associated cloud assets.

3.2 Recommended Data Export: Prior to submitting a tenant deletion request, pharmacy owners are strongly advised to export all master inventories, batch histories, supplier ledgers, and invoice registries via the system export utilities.

3.3 Deletion Workflow: To initiate full tenant decommissioning, send an email from your primary registered administrator address to info@pospharmacy.com with the subject: Tenant Deletion Request - [Pharmacy Name].

3.4 Turnaround SLA: Following identity verification, the primary database, active subdomain mapping, and uploaded assets will be permanently purged within forty-eight (48) business hours.

4.0 Secondary Cloud Backup Purge Timeline

4.1 Backup Rotation Cycle: Following primary database deletion, secondary encrypted backup snapshots cycle through our rolling 7-day retention schedule.

4.2 7-Day Absolute Erasure: Within seven (7) calendar days of primary deletion, all rolling backup snapshots are completely overwritten, leaving zero residual customer data on any backup server.
